Visit a modern dairy farm using suitable monitoring, milking or feeding technology. Continue to a laboratory, processor or research organisation for milk quality, traceability and environmental management.
Cheese Processing, Maturation and Atlantic Salt
Visit a cheese or dairy processor for milk sourcing, food safety, curd management, maturation, packaging and market positioning. Continue to the Atlantic coast for water management and traditional salt production.
Producer Meeting, Review and Departure
Meet a producer organisation or agricultural specialist, compare lessons with participant systems and transfer to the airport.
